| The North Pole Postmark The question we are asked most each year about our letters is this; “Do your letters come with a postmark from the North Pole?” Our answer is this. In most cases the letters that are marked from the North Pole with an Official North Pole Postmark are sent to North Pole, Alaska to be postmarked. What this means is that the person you are buying the letter from most likely is sending the letters that their customers have purchased to be postmarked at the US post office in North Pole, Alaska. Some sites also offer a postmark from Santa Claus, Indiana. Again the same process would be followed as it was in the North Pole postmark. What we have done is created an UNOFFICIAL postmark for Santa’s Workshop at the North Pole. This is not an official US Postal service postmark. We do this because we want to make sure that we are involved in the entire ordering process of the letters our customers purchase from us, from beginning to end. We are not comfortable with leaving it up to someone else to make sure our customers get what they ordered according to our standards. This is the reason we do not have an official postmark from the North Pole on our letters. We have created a sample envelope below for you to actually see what we offer in the way of the postmark on the envelope. If you should have any questions or concerns about this subject please feel free to contact us via email anytime. We will be happy to answer any questions you might have. |

| (Please Note: The statement above is intended to explain why we do not use the official North Pole postmark. We do not make any claims factual or otherwise as to the business practices of any other website(s) and/or person(s) who sell Santa Claus letters and offer an official North Pole postmark. How an official North Pole, AK or Santa Claus, IN postmark is placed on a letter is information we have obtained through researching via the internet, this option for ourselves when we started to offer letters from Santa Claus.) |
