Ordering your Santa Letter
Here are some helpful hints and things to expect when you are
purchasing a Letter from Santa Claus. We will also outline the
process of what happens at the time of checkout for you.
1) First thing you do is choose a letter package from our checkout page.
Once you make your first choice it will be added to your shopping cart. Within
the shopping cart window you can change the quantities of letters that you
want to purchase.

2) Once you are finished adding the item(s) to your cart you can click the
button in the shopping cart window that says "Proceed to Checkout" Once
you click that you are taken away from out site and taken to Paypal. They
process the payments for all of our online orders. It is not required to have
or sign up for a Paypal account to purchase items from our website.

3) At the beginning of the checkout process you are going to be given 2
options. A) to pay using your Paypal account or B) to continue without using
your Paypal account.
*If you choose option A then you will be guided trough the payment process
using your Paypal account.
**If you choose option B you will be required to fill out information needed for
your purchase. You will be required to fill this information out whether you
have a Paypal account or not. After all the information is filled out you will then
submit your payment.

4) After your payment has been submitted one of 2 things will happen
depending on how you chose to pay for your purchase.
*If you chose option A to pay using your Paypal account you will be directed
back to our site after your purchase where you will be able to choose the
correct link needed to personalize the letter(s) you ordered.
**If you chose option B to not pay using your Paypal account or if you don't
have a Paypal account. You will be given the opportunity to sign up for a
Paypal account after your purchase is complete. At this point you can choose
to sign up or not, the option is yours and is not required by our site or Paypal
to finish the transaction. If you choose to sign up for a Paypal account just
follow the instructions provided. If you choose to not sign up for a Paypal
account all you need to do is click the link towards the bottom left of the
window you are in which says, "RETURN TO MERCHANT" this will take you
back to our website and to the page you need to be on to begin the process
of personalizing your letters.
